After buying a run down house that needed to be completely refurbished, we called a few people and ended up with Affordable Property Services. Many of the others never even turned up! A small firm based locally, very friendly guy (John) turned up and went through everything with us. He gave us a great price and timescale and did an outstanding job from start to finish.He was professional, friendly, trustworthy and very clean in his work. he cleared up everything after him all the time, we have had workers before who were awful and so were worried about trusting again but John (APS) regained our trust for us. He kept us informed every step of the way with detailed costings and recommendations. Definitely recommend this company for good honest well priced work. He listened to everything that we wanted, advised us where and when it needed changing and the quality of the finish was great. Even though we didn't use expensive fittings, he made the whole place look amazing.
